1What is the date of the vehicles?
All rental vehicles, according to Greek legislation, must be no older than 14 years from the date of manufacture. Rentacarigoumenitsa.gr has vehicles no older than 10 years.
2What kind of insurance is provided on rental vehicles?
All rentacarigoumenitsa.gr vehicles are insured with trusted international insurance providers. The renter can choose various insurance packages from simple insurance to full coverage package.
3Is roadside assistance provided to vehicles?
The company rentacarigoumenitsa.gr provides 24/7 roadside assistance for all of mainland Greece (not including the islands) and a replacement car in case of damage.
4What is the condition of the vehicles?
All vehicles of rentacarigoumenitsa.gr are well maintained and checked, at regular intervals within the year, have safe tires and meet all the rules and safety laws.
5What equipment do the vehicles have?
All rentacarigoumenitsa.gr vehicles have seat belts, airbags, air conditioning, mp3 player and luggage space as standard equipment. Additional equipment such as child/infant seats, chains/snow blankets, navigator, charging cables, adapters, mounts, etc. are provided.

1From what age to what age can I rent a car?
The age limits for renting a vehicle at rentacarigoumenitsa.gr are from 23 years minimum to 73 years, with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
2What documents do I need to rent a car?
The documents needed for car rental are ID or passport, a driving license with 3 years of experience, a credit card or money deposit.
3What about the warranty of the car in question?
The company rentacarigoumenitsa.gr provides the possibility for the renter who does not have a credit card to pay a cash deposit of up to 300€, as a guarantee for the car or fuel and returned to the renter at the end of the rental.
4Are cars provided with comprehensive (CDW) or comprehensive (FDW) insurance?
The company rentacarigoumenitsa.gr provides as a basic insurance package, mixed insurance (CDW) with a 600€ exemption and total insurance (FDW) with a 100€ exemption (fuel guarantee) with an additional daily cost. CDW & FDW do not cover damage to the interior of the car, wheels and tyres and the underside of the car.
5Is it allowed to transport the car abroad or to an island?
The company rentacarigoumenitsa.gr expressly prohibits the transfer of any vehicle abroad.
In addition, in case of transferring the vehicle to an island, the renter is not covered by road assistance and replacement car and is charged with all the costs of returning the vehicle to the main office.
